With Fanny Behrens and Sophy Banks

A five day retreat for those feeling impacted by the turbulent times we are living in and wanting to develop depth, skill and ground in meeting challenges with compassionate presence.

We will be enquiring into what supports, grounds and resources us – come what may – through exploring embodied presence as a constant felt reality.

We will spend time re-connecting with the natural world in beautiful surroundings, nourishing our connections and interdependence with each other and all of life.

We will be listening to one another, opening dialogues and getting overviews and perspectives: we will explore both some of the immense challenges we are living through and the opportunities they offer us for transformative change.

We will bring honest self enquiry to what motivates us as we step forward in the world and the ways we tend to hide, collapse, distract or deny what arises.

We will explore the ways we can bring the gifts we have to offer without burning out, so care for our world is rooted in care for self and each other as one event.

We invite people already engaging with social and planetary issues, and those who want to engage more.. those in positions of responsibility or who are holding others, or who need sustenance and support for themselves. We invite anyone interested in the meeting of inner practice with action in the world during these times of challenge and change - whether at home, work, in our communities or other places. We especially welcome young people.
