A five day retreat: 21st-26th April 2020

With Fanny Behrens and Sophy Banks

A five day retreat for those feeling impacted by the turbulent times we are living in and wanting to develop depth, skill and ground in meeting challenges with compassionate presence

Things are moving fast right now, and the realities of Climate Chaos are already upon us.  How can we relate to this in healthy ways so our resources are available to us and we can let ourselves feel the enormity of what is happening and how we respond to it, without having to numb out, get above it all, or fall into hopeless despair.

We will enquire into what supports, grounds and resources us – come what may – through exploring embodied presence as a constant felt reality.

We will spend time in the natural world, nourishing our connections with each other and all of life.

We will listen, dialogue and invite different perspectives.

We will explore some of the immense challenges we are living through and the opportunities they offer us for transformative change.

We will bring honest self enquiry to what motivates us as we step forward in the world and the ways we tend to hide, collapse, or push away what arises.

We will explore the ways we can bring the gifts we have to offer without burning out, so care for our world is rooted in care for self and each other as one event.
