______________

I've been in practice for over 35 years and during that time have worked with thousands of individuals, couples, groups and organisations. My work is an art-and-somatic-therapeutic approach to revealing and integrating the traumas, the fears, and the past that are still affecting and hindering your life. I will simply accompany you as we inquire together into the past and help you reclaim the present.

There is nothing to change.

When you work with me, I will not be looking to fix you. You are not a problem and I do not have an agenda for your life.

I will accompany you on your journey and inquire with you into the root of old hurts, lies, and myths and help you reveal, untangle, and de-construct the concealed. I will help you discover the health that often comes when we connect the contradictory and often fragmented aspects and parts of our experiences. I will support you in cultivating awareness of beliefs, thoughts, emotions, feelings, and behaviours that move you through your suffering and into authentic essential well-being.

This is not for the faint of heart. It is simple but not easy. Are you ready?

I will support you in making a painful journey one filled with more ease. Instead of running from the raw and painful or even the joyous and sacred, you will have a safe space to turn and be with the difficult; you will be able to embrace and reassure those old ignored or avoided parts; you will reclaim your innate wildness, inner peace, and well-being. You will find more confidence, clarity, connectedness, and calm. Then you can begin to explore with curiosity, creativity and courage. From a ground of your true timeless nature, your life will be able to unfold in mysterious and wonderful ways.

I’m so glad you are here.

Welcome home.

“To go in the dark with a light is to know the light
To know the dark, go dark. Go without sight,
and find that the dark, too, blooms and sings,
and is travelled by dark feet and dark wings.”
