This beautiful short retreat over the May bank holiday will be an opportunity to bow down and open up to the reality we find ourselves in, and give expression through our bodies and voices to our love, joy and inevitable pain for ourselves and the world. Singing is the most wonderful medicine for our times!!

This group will include a couple of hours working in the garden each day, hence the lower price.
