Payments
For a long time we received payments for our work in two parts, one to cover fixed costs - such as food, accommodation, admin, etc - and another in the form of a donation, in exchange for the teaching and guidance. We have now moved to charging one fully inclusive amount. We will continue to offer at least one bursary place on most retreats for people who couldn’t otherwise afford to work with us. We also welcome donations to the bursary fund for those who can afford and feel moved to do so. Our hope is that the work continues to be accessible but with a much simpler payment system.
If you are drawn to the work but cannot afford it, please make contact with us and we will try to find a way - here

Deposits and balance of payments
For residential retreats we ask for a deposit at the time of booking to secure your place - the full fee is usually payable 6 weeks before the retreat start date.
For online retreats and workshops we ask for full payment at the time of booking.
Bursaries
We usually offer at least one bursary place on our retreats and represents a third off the all inclusive amount. We are sometimes able to offer additional ‘reduced amount’ places.
Cancellation Policy - groups, retreats and workshops
Once the deposit or fixed amount is paid it is non-refundable, except on compassionate grounds. However, if we get another full paying participant to take your place we will refund your payment minus a £10 admin fee.
This is also the case for ongoing groups, where a commitment is made to attend a series of retreats over a set period of time. When registering for an ongoing group you are responsible for the payment for all of the retreats in the series.
Mistakes with Online Payments
If you make a mistake with a payment and request a refund we will usually retain a £10 admin fee, as it takes time to correct this and we sometimes have to pay a transaction fee.
Cancellations of one to one sessions
We don't usually offer refunds for forgotten appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand - although there are sometimes exceptions on compassionate grounds.
