Gerard has been exploring this work for over 40 years. With the loving and inspired input of his teachers he is beginning to understand what he sought all this time is already here. He holds a space for exploration, using simple tools of meditation, movement and enquiry. He has trained in IFS and finds this a highly effective support for opening to who we really are.
