I had the great good fortune to meet Fanny and Colin in about 2008, and receiving their love, wisdom and guidance has enabled me to finally inhabit my body after experiencing severe early childhood trauma.  They have accompanied me on such a deep healing and awakening journey, and so much of what I can now offer to others comes from everything that I have learnt from that experience.  I have also taken part in retreats and seminars held by their teacher which were both challenging and very supportive.

Having navigated my inner terrain so extensively, I now offer myself as a guide to others for their own exploration.  I know what it takes and, at the same time, recognise the uniqueness and beauty of each individual's journey to come home to themselves.

I originally trained in Psychosynthesis in 1990 and since then have woven all my learning from other models and approaches into my private practice. I have recently trained as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and am finding this approach really beneficial for my clients in creating inner and outer connection, as well as establishing a greater sense of inner Self-leadership. At the moment, I feel strongly called to offer my services to more people, and you are very welcome to contact me to learn more.
