‘Open House’ Sunday sessions

at Droridge on the third Sunday of the month, from 7 to 8.30pm

These drop-in sessions offer a chance to gather with others in meditation, movement and heart enquiry.
Open to all, whether you have never done this work before or have been steeped in it for many years.
